Text Message Communications

Dale sends automated SMS messages to subcontractors on behalf of general contractors for construction project coordination. Messages include scheduling notifications, phase completion alerts, and job site updates. Approximately 2-10 messages per week during active projects. Message and data rates may apply.

How Consent Works

When a general contractor adds a subcontractor's phone number to Dale, the subcontractor receives an introductory text message that:

The subcontractor's continued engagement after receiving this introductory message constitutes consent. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at mason@meetdale.com or (678) 618-1083.

Consent to receive text messages is separate from any other agreement and is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services or entering into any business relationship.

We will not sell, share, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
